Full Description

Custodian Lead - Day Full Time 12 months/8 hrs/day Monday thru Friday - First Shift. Duties: The duties of this position are to assist the Building Supervisor in directing the work of custodians; assist with housekeeping and maintenance of the school building; other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have State of Minnesota 2nd Class C Boiler License. Training or experience in heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields. Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds. Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day. Ability to perform position responsibilities, including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions. Rate of pay: $21.50/hour to $30.45/hour based on step, license/position. View additional terms and benefits here. Start Date: ASAP after closing.
