We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to be the backbone of our fulfillment operations. The Role As our Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of all warehouse functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and returns processing. You will work closely with our existing fulfillment team, requiring strong leadership and communication skills. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will spend significant time actively contributing to the physical tasks while managing the workflow. Key Responsibilities • Fulfillment & Shipping: Lead the team in the timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of all daily online customer orders. Ensure all shipments meet carrier and company standards. • Inventory Management: Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting, organizing, and receiving new merchandise. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies. • Team Leadership: Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the team maintains a high standard of quality, speed, and safety. • Returns Processing: Efficiently receive, inspect, and process customer returns and exchanges, updating inventory records promptly. • Operational Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to continuously improve warehouse layout, organization, and fulfillment efficiency. Qualifications • Experience: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center environment, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, or retail logistics. • Leadership: Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or lead role. • Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate, train, and coordinate with our diverse team members in US and China offices. • Skills: Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or e-commerce fulfillment software, as well as general computer skills (e.g., Excel). • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic. • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 40 lbs.
