Duties & Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Handle any and all financial requests from members. • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and services. • Responsible for Daily Cash Balancing. • Answering phone calls and emails and any other duties within the credit union that are needed. • Provide excellent service to all credit union members. Qualifications: • HS Diploma/GED required. • Specialized knowledge, including Credit Union Experience and/or Banking Experience is preferred but not required • Cash Handling, Member Services, and/or Customer Service Experience preferred but not required.
