This contract role is best suited for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of music placements and a proven ability to cultivate long-term industry relationships. This is a results-oriented role—success will be measured by the meaningful partnerships and placements you help create. *Perfomance based commission" Responsibilities • 3+ years of experience in music licensing, synchronization, or third party synchronization agent or related company • Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize the exploitation of Downtown's diverse music catalog • Oversee the negotiations of synchronization terms and fees across advertising, film, television, video games, and new media • Leverage and grow relationships with music supervisors, agencies, brands, and production companies. • Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships to create meaningful sync opportunities for ANIMA artists and projects. • Advise on outreach strategy, positioning, and partnership development. • Track and follow-up on outstanding quotes, confirmed uses and request cue sheets as needed Qualifications • Proven track record of securing placements in film, TV, advertising, or branded content. • Deep understanding of the sync landscape, including rights, clearances, and deal structures. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
