Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $3B credit union in the search for a Cards Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the credit union's debit and credit card programs, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional member service, and continuous process improvement. The Cards Manager will lead a high-performing team while collaborating with internal business partners and external vendors to enhance the member experience and optimize card services. What You'll Do • Lead the day-to-day operations of the debit and credit card portfolios serving more than 125,000 members. • Manage and develop the Card Service Operations team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. • Ensure exceptional service for members, branch teams, and contact center staff. • Oversee operational processes, service levels, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Partner with vendors to resolve complex card processing issues and minimize member impact. • Collaborate with technology partners to implement new card features and enhancements. • Monitor portfolio performance, operational efficiencies, and best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, member experience, and operational effectiveness. • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture. What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of financial services experience. • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams. • Knowledge of debit card and credit card operations preferred. • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
