Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve business growth, market expansion, and revenue targets. • Lead, motivate, and supervise cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of engagement, productivity, and professional development. • Oversee profit and loss responsibilities, analyzing financial reports to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the customer base. • Manage project portfolios from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality standards. • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows through process improvement strategies. • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance metrics. • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the business unit. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards at all times. Requirements • Proven management experience with a successful track record in leading teams within a business unit or similar environment. • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Deep understanding of profit & loss management, financial analysis, and budgeting processes. • Experience supervising staff across multiple functions with a focus on development and performance management. • Business development expertise including client acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis. • Skilled in project management methodologies with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. • Knowledge of process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable. • A proactive sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
