3+ years of U.S. payroll tax experience for large multi-state employers, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work independently.
Job Description: • Audit & reconcile approximately 200 federal, state and local payroll tax filings for five (5) U.S. entities from CY2020 to present, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Research all variances identified, resolve tax notices and file amendments directly with agencies • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all audits and research performed Requirements: • 3+ years of U.S. payroll tax experience for large multi-state employer • Ability to operate independently with little oversight • Self-starter; works with sense of urgency • Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent education & experience Benefits:
