Description: • Support Pro Capacity Growth - Help grow a function that originates $500M in new sales each year by: • Working on initiatives to improve conversion or reduce costs. • Identifying new prospect pools. • Evaluating new technologies to improve sales productivity. • Program Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Provide thought partnership to the Sales Operations and Sales teams, in addition to cross-functional partners. • Program manage large strategic changes that involve many teams and span multiple months, building cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, and providing updates and impact to senior leadership. • Ensure smooth implementation and adaptation to new strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher. • 3-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development or operations experience. • Sales or Sales Operations experience preferred, but not required. • Strong analytical and execution background - demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight and decision-making. • Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred. • Startup experience is a plus. • A strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and product-driven organizations. Benefits: • The salary band for this position range from $135,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
