About the Role This is an oversight-based role; on-site presence is minimal and not required daily. Angel Wings™ Luxury Healthcare™ is a boutique, private-pay concierge healthcare company providing in-home medical services across Michigan. We are seeking an experienced MD or DO to serve as Medical Director, providing clinical oversight for our IV Hydration and Mobile Urgent Care services. This role is focused on medical governance, protocol approval, and clinical support, not high-volume patient care. Compensation reflects a part-time, oversight-based Medical Director role and is not indicative of a full-time clinical position. Responsibilities • Serve as Medical Director for IV Hydration & Mobile Urgent Care services • Develop and approve standing orders and clinical protocols • Provide physician oversight for NP and RN staff • Participate in periodic chart review and clinical consultation • Ensure services align with Michigan regulations and standards Requirements • MD or DO (active, unrestricted Michigan license) • DEA license (active) • Strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach • Comfort serving in a medical oversight role rather than primary treating physician Why Angel Wings™ • Boutique, private-pay model • No insurance billing • Respect for physician time and autonomy • Focus on quality, not volume How to Apply Submit resume for confidential review.
