Job Summary: Angel Aligner is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to architect, analyze, and design data solutions to provide insightful analytics for critical business decisions. The analyst is responsible for supporting commercial needs by acquiring, managing, manipulating and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance to design and develop business intelligence dashboards, analytic reports and data visualizations. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Architect, implement, and maintain scalable data structures and processes to support analytical and operational reporting needs. • Conduct pricing analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, ROI assessments, and CRM reporting to support commercial excellence. • Build and maintain key reports and dashboards, including funnel analytics, revenue performance, opportunity conversion metrics, territory performance, and executive-level sales dashboards. • Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and manage sales compensation models and related performance analytics. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across CRM, ERP, and BI reporting layers. • Develop and present analytical insights, recommendations, and reports tailored to executive and operational audiences. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, ideally supporting sales, sales operations, or commercial strategy. • Advanced proficiency with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Domo) and strong capability in building dashboards, data models, and actionable insights. • Hands-on experience working with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and ERP systems, including data extraction, transformation, and dashboard/report development. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling, Power Query, pivot tables, and automation. • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to work with IT, developers, and database engineers while translating data concepts into business language. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with strong data storytelling and presentation skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present recommendations to peers and executive leadership. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
