Job Details The Sr. Manager of Client Solutions leads customer integrations and deployments with a focus on bridging client data and process from clients applications such as the EMR to Anew Health products. This role leads direct report(s) and an assigned portfolio ensuring the continuity of data to our solutions while delivering exceptional service. This leader leverages strong project management skills, process improvement tools, and service excellence. This role will develop EHR configurations leading to product retention, data service capabilities, and streamline operations for Anew teams. This leader will work with account management, operations & integration teams with a focus on client interoperability and data sharing. The position collaborates with client leadership, internal teams, and supports growth initiatives to align our ongoing digital front door client experience transformation, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and overall customer satisfaction. The Sr. Manager enables a data-driven culture that supports innovation, equity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization and across customers. Education • Degree in Business, Health Information, Data Science, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field; PhD or MBA. Experience • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare implementation and/or services leadership. • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide deployments within healthcare such as hospitals, ambulatory care settings, pharmacy, payers, or healthcare technology companies. • Experience managing operations and or support teams driving adoption of products and services alongside Electronic Health Record (EHR), Patient Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Coding & Audit Services. • Track record of delivering measurable improvements through client retention. • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH), and clinical workflows. • Proven expertise in leading implementations across multiple products and customer types. • Advanced knowledge of Electronic Health Record(s), Patient Accounting, Medical Coding & Audit, and Pharmacy products and workflows. Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. Travel: Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
