What You Will Do: System Ownership • Oversee and enhance Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gainsight to meet GTM reporting and operational requirements. • Handle requests such as user setup, workflow modifications, field updates, and general troubleshooting. • Collaborate with RevOps leadership on system architecture improvements that enhance data flow and scalability. • Ensure integrations function properly and support consistent data movement across tools. • Support system upgrades, migrations, and new tool onboarding as needed. Data Quality & Governance • Maintain accurate, organized, and complete records across all platforms. • Monitor system activity and data patterns to identify and address potential issues early. • Ensure dashboards and reports reflect accurate, dependable information for GTM teams and leadership. Process Support & Optimization • Document, update, and execute operational workflows that help GTM teams stay aligned. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure they are maximizing the value of each tool. • Improve routing logic, territory structures, opportunity stages, and handoff processes. • Identify areas where automation can reduce manual workload and streamline operations.
