Ownership mindset You are comfortable operating in environments where structure is still evolving. You enjoy creating clarity and taking responsibility for critical systems. Effective communicator You translate complex analysis into insights that non technical stakeholders can easily understand and act upon. Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable Experience introducing transformation layers, modeling frameworks, or semantic layers in a modern analytics stack. Experience helping define future data team roles and building an analytics function from its early stages. What Makes This Opportunity Unique Direct strategic influence Your insights will shape product strategy, growth initiatives, and executive decision making. High ownership environment You will design the company’s data foundations and guide how analytics evolves as the organization grows.
