• *THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR RECRUITERS OR RECRUITING SERVICES** About the job Anderson Place Construction (APC) is a growing, family owned and operated Complete Site Development and Underground Utility Contractor located in Central Florida. We are currently seeking high energy, self-motivated and experienced Equipment Operator to join a team of career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects. Job Summary Performs rough and fine grade finishing, precisely spreading and mixing materials, dry and prep roads, construct road surface to precise grade specifications, and/or shave and rip out old road surfaces. Responsibilities: • Operate and care for construction equipment and machines. • Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. • Load or unload construction materials. • Remove, fill, or compact earth. • Follow instructions from supervisors. • Assist wherever needed. • Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. • Perform site clean-up. Requirements: • Must have a valid driver's license. • Be at least 18 years of age. • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. • Ability to work in all weather. • Workers must be punctual and reliable. • Must have experience as operator in the construction industry.
