Now Hiring: Production Operators – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our growing team in Tustin! If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and are ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you. Position: Production Operator Shifts Available: • 1st Shift • 2nd Shift Job Responsibilities: • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently • Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements: • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required) • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs • Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team • Must pass a background check • E-Verify required Company DescriptionWith over 20 years of experience AnDek Staffing has created and maintained relationships by understanding our partners needs and continuously seeking ways to improve our services.
