Sales Operations Manger We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to own and execute day-to-day sales and fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless coordination across Salesforce and NetSuite platforms. This role acts as a central liaison between Sales, Field Science, Finance, Operations, and our customers, managing customer data, tracking opportunities, validating orders, and coordinating fulfillment activities from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring a strong customer service mindset, technical fluency in Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP systems, and the ability to shift easily between detailed execution and broader strategic alignment. As the key contact and coordination point for all sales and fulfillment activities, the Sales Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining data integrity across platforms. This includes managing Customer Master Data, Opportunities, Quotes, and Shipping Schedules, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Salesforce (CRM) • Coordinate and align communication between internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Field Science, Finance, and Operations. • Maintain Customer Master Data and ensure data accuracy for Opportunities, Quotes, and Shipping Schedules. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery approvals and scheduling coordination. • Generate and distribute Salesforce reports to support sales forecasting and business operations. • Play an important role in initiating and monitoring the fulfillment cycle, coordinating efforts with Operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve sync issues between Salesforce and NetSuite. • Support and manage Salesforce-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and feature rollouts; oversee project timelines and resources. NetSuite (ERP) • Ensure accurate transfer of sales orders from Salesforce to NetSuite and facilitate proper closure in Salesforce after successful transfer. • Oversee and implement change management of sales order data in NetSuite, ensuring compliance with internal processes. • Manage, review, approval and implement workflows for customer order fulfillment. • Coordinate with Operations and Field Service teams for shipment scheduling and installation. • Collaborate and resolve all Master Data issues with Operations and Finance team. This includes finished goods part numbers. Sales & Finance Support • Validate incoming sales orders and ensure compliance with partner agreements and pricing structures. • Manage partner opportunity registration and related workflows. • Provide ad-hoc support to Sales and Finance teams for data analysis, reporting, and system support. • This position ensures accurate and real-time access to this data across departments. Additionally, the role includes order validation, partner opportunity registration, and sales/finance support functions. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or a related role with direct experience with Salesforce CRM is required; NetSuite ERP experience is highly desirable. • Experience with sales operations, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. • Proven experience with Salesforce and ERP systems (preferably NetSuite). Key Success Attributes • Strong customer service orientation and effective cross-functional communication. • Ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities —from high-level strategy to detailed operational execution. • High degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort with data manipulation and reporting tools. • Prior experience in the sales cycle and with CRM/ERP systems is a strong asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong detail orientation, analytical skills, project management, and problem-solving abilities. The compensation range for this role is $85,000- $100,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to: skills, experience, and qualifications.
