Andava Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to lead and manage strategic partnerships. In this role, you will identify and build connections with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites to drive link-building, guest posting, and co-marketing opportunities. Responsibilities: • Identify and build relationships with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites for link-building, guest posting, and co-marketing opportunities. • Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring content deliverables and link placements meet agreed standards. • Negotiate terms and maintain clear, professional communication with external partners. • Collaborate with our SEO, PR, and Content teams to execute partnership campaigns. • Track and report partnership performance: backlinks, domain authority, referral traffic, and overall impact. • Research trends and competitor strategies to discover new partnership opportunities. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in digital partnerships, link-building outreach, or SEO • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and link quality evaluation • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot small but important factors that affect partnership quality • Strategic, focusing on the most relevant and high-value opportunities • Proactive, always looking for new partnership possibilities • Confident negotiator, able to secure fair and beneficial agreements • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines • Comfortable using SEO and outreach tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
