We're looking for a highly strategic and experienced Vice President, Anaplan Product Training and Education to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for our product training and education initiatives, ensuring our customers, implementation partners, and employees are fully enabled to leverage the power of Anaplan. You'll drive the adoption of new technologies and product innovations, fostering self-sufficiency and confidence in every user, no matter their skillset. This role is key to driving improved implementation and delivery outcomes for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Anaplan. THIS POSITION WILL SIT REMOTELY. YOUR IMPACT • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for the Product Training & Education team, aligning it with company-wide goals and product roadmaps. • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of instructional designers, training consultants, technology and LMS administrators, and certification program managers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. • Content & Program Development: Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs, courses, and materials for all product releases and their associated methodologies, including major launches and smaller feature updates. Ensure training content is engaging, effective, and up-to-date. • Speed to Market: Build and execute upon an agile delivery mechanism to ensure product training & education materials keep pace with the speed of product innovation. • Technology Adoption & Engagement: Drive the adoption of new technology and product innovations among customers, partners, and employees through impactful training strategies and initiatives. • Skill Building & Self-Sufficiency: Enable customers, implementation partners, and employees to build essential skills, fostering self-sufficiency and inspiring confidence in users of all skill levels. This includes directly impacting improved implementation and delivery outcomes by equipping users with the knowledge to deploy and utilize the platform and applications effectively. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Presales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration of training into product development cycles and go-to-market strategies. • Certification Programs: Collaborate on product innovation and advance platform awareness by designing, developing, and managing robust certification paths and programs that validate user proficiency. • LMS Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience. • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously iterate based on data and feedback. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • 15+ years of experience in leading and managing training and enablement teams in a fast-paced software or technology company. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product training strategies that drive product adoption and user proficiency. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools, etc.). • Experience with certification program design and management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product development teams and translate complex concepts into accessible training content. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for empowering users. #LI-Remote
