Ananziy Defense Labs is a Defense research lab within the AICO Management Group family. The lab specializes in offensive and defensive cyber security and 5D weapons development. Our seasoned team of experts, armed with an intricate blend of knowledge and experience, work tirelessly to pioneer solutions that transcend challenges and set new industry standards. To defeat threats and vulnerabilities that can disrupt progress and compromise safety. The Sauce The Public Relations team builds product, researches material, instigates change, extends the reach of the organization, and scales ADL's influence to deliver mission-critical capabilities to our customers. As the Senior Public Relation Manager you will lead technically, the team of marketing and sales persons closest to ADL's Mission. PR Managers solves technical challenges of reporting operational scenarios while controlling the end-to-end delivery of winning capabilities such as Counter Intrusion, Joint All Domain Command and Control, and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems. As a Hardware Engineer you will solve a wide variety of problems involving networking, autonomous systems integration, robotics, and more, while making pragmatic engineering tradeoffs along the way. Your efforts will ensure that ADL products seamlessly work together to achieve a variety of critical outcomes. They are Responsibilities • Utilize your expertise to complete mission objectives, able to scale with company. • Expert in writing policy, able to adapt policy to fit laws for appropriate application. • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders • Continuous improvement of prototypes • Design perfect PR products that are look finished • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services within your scope • Project Management/ Hardware Manufacturing Skills • Own the PR solutions that are deployed to customers • Design policies, products and custom platforms to improve products and scale the mission capability to more customers • Collaborate across multiple teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality • Create and analyze metrics that are leveraged for debugging and monitoring • Triage issues, root cause failures, and coordinate next-steps • Partner with end-users to turn needs into features while balancing user experience with engineering constraints • Fully Remoted Core Requirements Experience in the following areas preferred: • Public Relations • testing and product prototyping • Grassroots organizing • Crisis Management • Task management • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills required • Required to display strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet project/company objectives. • Required to focus on teamwork and puts the success of the team above one's own interests Preferred Skills and Qualifications • GRIT • Hacking experience • Organizational skills, Problem-solving skills • Curiosity and Privacy - confidentiality amongst all stakeholders • Prior business ownership experience is a plus. • Educational background in computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering • Masters or 8 years of equivalent experience (Preferred) "The Major Key" 🔑 • Come to us with a Bantu-collectivist mindset * This role is 100% commission-based or Client Contingent Certain Candidates will receive stock and patent credit depending on contribution and skill level Based on performance standards and goals and comes with scheduling flexibility, Training, and autonomy. $000,000 - $250,000 a year For Full Time Contract Opportunities: The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors.
