Overview This newly created role is a crucial growth driver for a fast-growing healthcare staffing organization specializing in per-diem, travel, and direct hire healthcare placements. The Sales Manager will be an individual contributor focused solely on hunting new business nationwide, primarily targeting acute and non-acute healthcare facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living centers, etc. This role demands a dynamic, high-energy sales professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for building new client relationships in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients across the national healthcare staffing market. • Sell a full portfolio of healthcare staffing services, including per-diem, travel, and direct hire placements. • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet aggressive new business goals. • Build relationships with decision-makers at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations. • Partner with internal recruiting and client services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new accounts. • Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts that align with company goals. • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities as needed. • Travel frequently during the onboarding period to corporate offices, then as required for client meetings and industry events.
