Full Description

Analytica is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support the development of a cloud-based analytics platform for a high-profile federal program. This role will implement secure, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and data products using modern cloud-native tools and platforms. Analytica has been recognized by Inc. As a core member you’ll work with a diverse team of professionals to develop application systems for clients in a platform-diverse environment. Responsibilities include (But Are Not Necessarily Limited To): Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and AWS Services (e.g., RDS, Redshift, DMS). Convert legacy code (E.g., Oracle and Greenplum) to modern formats. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity of cloud services. Ensure cloud environments adherence to federal, agency, and industry security standards and policies. Collaborate with cross-functional and vendor teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for cloud environment, procedures, and processes Participate in performance tuning, system testing, and defect remediation. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or administration for enterprise environments. Experience supporting federal data programs and legacy system integration, with preference for Treasury and IRS experience. Experience with AWS, Databricks, Informatica, Python, and/or SQL. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. AWS and Databricks certifications preferred. Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance.
