## Key Role Overview Responsible for performing failure analysis services and process-specific requests (Non - Destructive Analysis) according to assigned FA process flows to support quality control and product/process investigations. The role operates within a semiconductor manufacturing environment in Cavite and may require compliance with export licensing reviews for access to certain technical data. ## Key Responsibilities - Perform failure analysis services and process-specific requests (Non - Destructive Analysis) as defined in the assigned FA process flow. - Execute failure analysis tasks to support quality control, diagnose issues, and provide actionable findings. - Follow established FA process flows, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent and reproducible results. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Adhere to export control and data access requirements when handling technical or restricted information. ## Required Qualifications - Experienced level in failure analysis, quality control, or related technical areas; prior hands-on experience with non-destructive analysis methods is expected. - Ability to follow formal FA process flows, maintain accurate records, and produce clear analysis reports. - Willingness and ability to comply with export licensing review requirements where applicable (non - U.S. applicants may be subject to review). ## Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in the semiconductor industry or in a failure analysis laboratory environment. - Familiarity with analog/digital semiconductor processes and standard FA techniques. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: Not disclosed in the posting. - Key benefits mentioned by the company include beneficial employee programs, aligned goals, continuous learning opportunities, and practices that support a more sustainable future. ## Additional Information - Work arrangement: Full-time; Shift Type: Normal Time (Philippines). - Required Travel: No. - Location: Gen.
