Job Title: IT Business Analyst Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience Required: 8+ Years Location: Remote Duration: Contract Candidate needs to travel at least 7-10 days in month to different WAREHOUSE locations of Client to implement the roll out in US. Travel cost will be paid by Client. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to lead business analysis activities within the supply chain and distribution domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WMS processes, enterprise system integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to support successful solution delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) environment. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs across Supply Chain, Distribution, and Logistics. • Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and documentation. • Support integration efforts across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems. • Drive software implementation, rollout, and deployment activities to ensure seamless transitions. • Collaborate with Development, Configuration, QA, and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. • Assist in solution design, configuration, and implementation to ensure business alignment. • Prepare and deliver project updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications. • Identify risks, resolve issues, and recommend solutions based on data and analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with strong exposure to WMS and Supply Chain systems. • Deep understanding of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and logistics workflows. • Experience with enterprise integrations and data flows between ERP, OMS, CRM, and TMS platforms. • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver actionable business insights. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams. • Familiarity with Agile / SDLC methodologies is a plus.
