Summary Anaconda is seeking a talented Senior Partner Ecosystem Solution Architect to join our rapidly-growing company. What You’ll Do: • Design, document, and maintain cloud-native and hybrid reference architectures showcasing Anaconda’s integration with leading platforms, with an emphasis on AI/ML workloads • Create reusable templates and deployment guides for scalable AI pipelines across AWS Sagemaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Vertex AI, Databricks ML, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise • Guide customers in architecting modern AI/ML platforms combining Anaconda’s capabilities with: • * NVIDIA: Triton Inference Server, NGC containers, CUDA/XLA • AWS: SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2 with GPU, EKS • Azure: Machine Learning, OpenAI Service, AKS • GCP: Vertex AI, AI Platform, Deep Learning VMs • Databricks: MLflow, Unity Catalog, Feature Store • Snowflake: AI/ML across Snowpark, Snowflake container services, Cortex • Drive joint solution development with partners to showcase performant, secure, and production-ready AI/ML architectures • Work with Product and Engineering teams to align roadmaps with customer and partner needs • Collaborate with AWS, Azure, Google, NVIDIA, and Databricks technical teams on joint architectures and validation content • Produce technical white papers, blogs, and best practices content • Present at webinars, partner events, and conferences • Serve as a trusted advisor in the pre-sales process, guiding architectural decisions and assisting with proof-of-concepts What You Need: • Hands-on experience with GPU acceleration technologies (NVIDIA CUDA, RAPIDS, Triton Inference Server) • Proven experience deploying AI/ML workloads on AWS • Extensive experience in solution architecture, ML engineering, or technical consulting role focused on AI/ML • Experience with Databricks ML and managing pipelines using MLflow or Delta Lake • Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model governance, and reproducibility • Excellent communication skills for technical, non-technical and executive audiences • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • You embody our values of Clarity, Care, and Candor • You care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish What Will Make You Stand Out: • Familiarity with Anaconda Distribution, conda environments, or enterprise Python/R package management • Infrastructure automation experience with Terraform or Helm • Professional certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP in architecture or ML • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience working in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company Why You’ll Like Working Here: • Unique opportunity to translate strong open-source adoption and user enthusiasm into commercial product growth • Dynamic company that rewards high-performers • On the cutting edge of enterprise application of data science, machine learning, and AI • Collaborative team environment that values multiple perspectives and clear thinking • Employees-first culture • Flexible working hours • 100% remote • Competitive benefits • FTE employees based on your region The application deadline for this role is 10/21/2025; applicants will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the role is filled. The base salary range for this role is $208,000 - $271,000 for candidates in New York City and San Francisco, and $170,000 - $230,00 for other US-based team members, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
