About the job Ana Luisa is looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to join our Wholesale Team. The wholesale coordinator will support the Wholesale Manager by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support internally and to external partners. The role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction to our retailers and their customers. What you will get to do: Serve as main POC for Independent retailers and Sales Agency Reps Manage inbound inquiries from retailers and reps, including B2B and B2B2C returns Communicate with them proactively on upcoming promos, new or updated Collections, NGF items, etc. Pass off CRM and external leads to agency reps and VP of Sales, and follow up monthly Order Management - end to end Oversee inbound orders and work cross-functionally with internal teams for timely shipping and manage backorders Oversee the maintenance of B2B platform and MarketTime - daily order transfers, inventory syncs, newness, and NGF updates Work with the Support Coordinator on providing order support materials and follow-ups in a timely manner Managing returns - B2B and B2B2C Work with the retailers and reps to manage and minimize B2B returns through seamless partnership with manager Collaborate with AL CX team on B2B2C returns after 90 days Ensure B2B returns are received by SM in a timely manner and credited to the account accordingly Provide sales reports and key insights to cross-functional teams Work with retailers to gaining sell out performance and images provide to Wholesale Manager and the Merchandising team Provide key insights to Wholesale Support Manager and VP of Sales, such as off-Collection items requested and other feedback from reps for future consideration or optimization of processes Support the manager with insights and patterns for SKU-level forecasting on a quarterly basis. Collaborate with VP of Sales on Agency Opportunities Communicate available Co-Op funds, approvals, Marketing assets, and cross-functional alignment Work with agencies on exiting, onboarding and training new reps What you will bring Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong computer proficiency, including but not limited to GoogleSuite, CRM systems, Project Management systems, B2B ordering platforms, etc. Highly motivated, self-starter with good cross-functional communication skills Can travel twice a year to be apart of trade shows in Atlanta Must be able to work Eastern standard time What you love about us Professional development stipend Unlimited PTO, 401k matching and generous employee discount Welcome Gift Card and much more!
