HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Technical Program Manager, Supplier Quality, to drive supplier quality metrics, support APQP and PPAP readiness, lead scaling initiatives, and improve business applications for Supplier Deviations, APQP, and PPAP. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to build project schedules, define milestones, identify risks, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders. You will help ensure teams understand priorities and remain coordinated and on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing complex technical programs. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and help teams execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll: • Translate company strategy into detailed roadmaps, timelines, dashboards, and deliverables. • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and concisely. • Ensure project teams understand expectations, processes, and timelines, and run recurring cross-functional meetings. • Develop standard reports that summarize program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments. • Identify risks early, ensure visibility, and drive proactive mitigation. • Lead continuous improvement of business applications supporting Supplier Deviations, APQP, and PPAP. • Build, track, and report quality metrics to identify systemic issues and drive data-informed improvements. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or another technical discipline (master's degree is preferred) • 8+ years of experience in program management or a similar role, ideally within the automotive, consumer electronics, aerospace, or defense industries • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to analyze, clean, and interpret data • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with experience using data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau • Working knowledge of supply chain management, bills of materials (BOM), change management processes, and manufacturing quality frameworks (APQP/PPAP) • Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and ETQ or similar quality management systems (ETQ is a plus, not required) • Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects, including those involving hardware components and supplier quality • PMP certification is a plus Benefits: • Pre-tax commuter benefits • Employer (HireArt) subsidized healthcare benefits (Eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of service) • Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs • HireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance • 401k package Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt.
