About Us We are a fast-growing Amazon growth partner, helping 6–9 figure brands unlock their next stage of revenue with a powerful combination of unlimited creative testing and profit-focused PPC management. Our Premium Traffic & Conversion Program delivers what most brands can’t build in-house: a fully embedded growth division driving results month after month. We’re looking for a highly strategic and client-focused Account Manager (Growth CSM) to join our team. In this role, you’ll own client relationships end-to-end, orchestrating creatives, PPC, and growth strategy into one seamless execution cycle. What You’ll Do As the Growth CSM, you’ll be the single point of accountability for your assigned accounts, driving both strategy and execution. Your responsibilities include: ● Client Ownership & Communication ○ Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. ○ Lead weekly client calls to review performance, align on priorities, and set expectations. ○ Manage Slack channels and day-to-day communications, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. ● Creative & Conversion Strategy ○ Launch and oversee unlimited creative experiments (main images, A+, storefronts, copy, etc.). ○ Audit listings and identify opportunities to boost CTR, CVR, and ranking. ○ Collaborate with internal design teams to deliver optimized creatives aligned with data insights. ● PPC Strategy Alignment ○ Work closely with a dedicated PPC Manager to ensure ads and creatives are fully aligned. ○ Use performance data to guide decisions (ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, SQP metrics). ○ Drive strategy by focusing on one key growth objective per month. ● Growth Planning & Reporting ○ Build and maintain KPI dashboards (sales, PPC, conversion, market share). ○ Deliver structured monthly growth plans and testing calendars. ○ Analyze and communicate experiment results to clients and internal teams. What We’re Looking For: ● Experience: 2+ years managing Amazon accounts (agency or brand side). ● Skills: Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, listing optimization, and creative testing. ● Mindset: Data-driven, growth-focused, and comfortable leading both clients and internal teams. ● Communication: Exceptional client-facing skills - clear, professional, and persuasive. ● Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and keep projects on track. Compensation & Benefits: ● Compensation: Commission-based, with strong upside: ○ 20% commission per client, per month. ○ Opportunity for top project managers is an upgrade to a base pay with an earning potential being between $6,000 - $10,000 USD monthly. ● Bonuses: Eligible for monthly “CSM of the Month” bonuses ($100–$500). ● Flexibility: Remote work with flexible hours (preferred 8am–6pm North American time). ● Contract: Initial 3-month contract with opportunity to extend. Starting Role Management of Growth Programs (Ongoing Services) You would start by managing our traffic and conversion clients which are strictly management around listing optimizations. Earning potential is around $4,000 - $5,000 USD monthly at a full client capacity. Based on your performance, there is an opportunity to manage our flagship clients which are Premium Traffic & Conversion clients where the earning potential goes up to $6,000 - $10,000 USD monthly.
