About the Role: AMZ Atlas is seeking a Senior Brand Strategist with extensive experience in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor responsible for driving long-term growth across their Amazon brand portfolios. The Senior Brand Strategist will lead client strategy, own account planning and timelines, and guide performance optimization across catalog, advertising, and operations. You will deliver clear, proactive, and data-driven communication through regular client updates, meeting recaps, and executive-level performance insights. In addition to client leadership, you will mentor and support brand strategists, sharing best practices, providing strategic guidance, and helping elevate team-wide Amazon expertise. Internally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional subject matter experts to oversee forecasting, catalog and creative enhancements, case management, and the development of scalable advertising and growth strategies. This is a full-time, remote position designed for a strategic leader who excels at building and scaling brands on Amazon. Must reside in the USA. Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling brands within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, including ownership of day-to-day account health and long-term growth strategy • Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end Amazon growth strategies across catalog, advertising, operations, and brand protection for multi-ASIN and multi-brand portfolios • Deep understanding of Amazon advertising ecosystems (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) with experience setting goals, optimizing performance, and interpreting data to drive ROI • Strong expertise in catalog management and optimization, including listings, variations, compliance, suppression resolution, and creative best practices aligned with Amazon policies • Experience leading client-facing strategy discussions, presenting performance insights, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of scalable internal processes • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, advertising, operations, analytics) to execute against client objectives and timelines • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to leverage Amazon reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions • Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, remote environment • Must reside in the USA Priority is given to candidates who also have: • Experience in the Outdoor Sports market (Hunt, Fish, Shooting Sports, etc.) or regulated product categories on Amazon moves you to the top of the list • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Background working on the brand, manufacturing, or CPG side of an Amazon-focused business • Advanced Amazon expertise beyond core account management, such as policy navigation, operational workflows, or marketplace expansion • Experience in a retail or buying role (ecommerce or brick-and-mortar), with an understanding of assortment, margin, and merchandising strategy • Prior success in a fully remote work environment, demonstrating strong ownership, communication, and time-management skills Benefits: AMZ Atlas is an equal-opportunity employer.
