Overview Amyx, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technical Business Process Engineer on a hybrid schedule, based in Denver, Albuquerque, or Washington, D.C., to enhance technical delivery capabilities by designing, developing, integrating, and sustaining low-code/no-code automations across a Federal agency environment. This role supports modernization, automation, and mission-aligned innovations by providing engineering expertise that accelerates capability delivery, improves reliability, and ensures technical depth across Mission Integration functions. The contractor will work on full lifecycle efforts, including requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment, while ensuring compliance with Federal agency standards. Responsibilities Design, develop, integrate, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) to automate workflows and eliminate manual processes, improving operational efficiency and compliance. Integrate enterprise data sources to enable secure, mission-critical reporting, analytics, and governance. Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and decision-support tools to provide leadership visibility into operational trends, workload distribution, and performance metrics. Implement automated workflows for recurring tasks such as routing reviews, approvals, and document updates to ensure accuracy, traceability, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate mission needs into technical specifications, and deliver solutions aligned with digital transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation by analyzing existing workflows and recommending innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk. Stay current with emerging technologies and Power Platform updates, proactively introducing new features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Must have the ability to communicate accurate information Technologies used: Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint Adobe Acrobat Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Demonstrated experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate) in federal or enterprise environments. Understanding of business process analysis, workflow automation, and system integration. Ability to manage full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, and sustainment. Familiarity with Federal agency standards and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear guidance and actionable documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, customers, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to obtain and maintain a Q clearance (TOP SECRET equivalent) Desired: Experience with advanced analytics and dashboard development (Power BI or similar). Knowledge of enterprise data governance and secure data integration. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Business Process Management, or related areas. Prior experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in federal environments. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer or above.
