We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations / Project Development Manager to oversee daily business operations while driving the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. This role requires a balance of operational oversight and project management expertise, ensuring that processes run smoothly while supporting the growth and development of new initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies and procedures Monitor KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation to improve performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and achieve company objectives Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and internal policies Project Development Management Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets Coordinate resources, assign responsibilities, and manage project teams Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans as needed Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership Identify new opportunities for business development and strategic growth Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar) Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid options) Professional development and career growth opportunities Collaborative and inclusive team culture Exposure to strategic, high-impact projects About the Company: AMWAY
