Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an AVP, Head of Innovation Lab to lead their digital transformation efforts. This role focuses on driving innovation in AI, automation, and digital platforms, while collaborating with various business units to enhance operations and customer experiences. Responsibilities • Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap focused on AI, machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and advanced digital platforms • Technology Leadership: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies that improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer engagement • AI & Automation Initiatives: Lead projects that integrate AI models, predictive analytics, and automation tools into core business processes • Digital Platform Development: Oversee design and deployment of scalable digital platforms that support omnichannel experiences and data-driven insights • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies • Governance & Metrics: Define KPIs for innovation success, including ROI, adoption rates, and operational impact • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a team of AI engineers, automation specialists, and digital product managers • Vendor & Partnership Management: Identify strategic partnerships with tech providers and startups to accelerate innovation Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in technology innovation, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focused on AI and automation • Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives • Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as machine learning, RPA, cloud platforms, and data analytics • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills Benefits • Medical & Dental Plans • Life Insurance, including eligible spouses & children • Health Care Flexible Spending • Dependent Care • 401k Savings Plans • Paid Time Off Company Overview • AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates as a multinational property and casualty insurance company.
