AMRA was founded in 2010 as a spin-off of Linköping University, Sweden, with the aim to support transformative care and vital decision-making, from clinical research to health and wellness. Today we are 55 employees, operating in the US, European and Asian market, with the need to expand further. The company has developed a new global standard in body composition assessment, the ability to automatically produce multiple fat and muscle biomarkers with unrivaled precision and accuracy, as well as contextual disease insights – all from a single whole-body MRI. We work with the world’s leading pharma companies and academic hospitals. Job Assignment We are now looking for a Clinical Project Manager in the US to join AMRAs growth journey. The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored/controlled, and closed out according to agreed-upon timelines, budgets and scopes. The Clinical Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including other departments to meet the project requirements and be accountable for the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients. Main responsibilities: Main point of contact for clients and imaging lead on a clinical trial Implement project plans, develop PowerPoint presentations and timelines for internal and external kick-off meetings and ensure agreement by parties involved, with support from a Senior Project Manager Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects Reviewing study requirements and response assessment criteria and collaborates with key stakeholders to develop study start-up activities and associated documents Provide leadership to internal cross-functional team to ensure efficient processing of project requirements Conduct routine teleconferences with clients to ensure timely communication of status, issues and response to change requests Escalating issues to management as appropriate Revenue forecasting, tracking and submittal to meet departmental metrics and goals Participate on cross-functional teams for both immediate requirements but also long-term improvement objectives Conduct routine client teleconferences and generate and maintain accurate records and meeting minutes in accordance with regulatory guidelines AMRA's headquarters are based in Sweden, this position is placed in the US, remote with some travel required. What we are looking for We are looking for a candidate with relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or good educational standard with relevant practical experience. We value previous experience in managing clinical trials and/or experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization as well as working knowledge of GCP, Part 11 and HIPAA. Medical Imaging experience is preferred, but not required. The working tasks require that you have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adopting a right-first-time approach ensuring the commitments are met in a timely manner. As the job assignments varies from detailed administrative tasks to high-level project planning, you are flexible and have the ability to shift focus. As we collaborate with colleagues and customers all over the word you need to be fluent in both spoken and written English. Experience with Word, Excel and Google Drive is preferred.
