This role is central to ensuring seamless and efficient activation of cable modems and other DOCSIS/SONU devices, directly impacting our customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telecommunications protocols, device lifecycle management, and a proven track record in architecting scalable and resilient solutions leveraging modern cloud-native technologies.
