The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Producer to lead content production for a leading consumer crypto brand. This role will sit inside Amplify’s production team and focus on end-to-end TikTok content creation — from casting talent and sourcing locations to shooting, editing, and publishing content that resonates with crypto audiences. You’ll be the creative driver behind an “always-on” social program designed to stand out in the finance and crypto space. You’ll need a deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, and financial storytelling, combined with proven production chops in short-form video. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end content production: ideation, scripting, casting, shooting, editing, and publishing TikTok videos. • Deliver a consistent pipeline of 12+ assets per month, ensuring brand tone, style, and messaging are maintained. • Translate crypto and finance concepts into engaging, culturally relevant content (skits, memes, street interviews, explainer formats). • Manage and brief external creators when required, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives. • Own content calendars, oversee scheduling, captions, and publishing. • Monitor performance data and run A/B tests to optimise content formats. • Act as a cultural scout: stay across crypto trends, TikTok formats, and finance memes to keep the brand ahead of the curve. • Work closely with Amplify’s strategy, creative, and account teams across the U.S. and APAC About You • 3–5+ years experience producing short-form social content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). • Deep knowledge of crypto culture, trading communities, and financial content — you know the difference between “Proof of Reserves” and “HODL” and can make it TikTok-friendly. • Proven ability to cast, direct, and manage creators or actors for social shoots. • Strong technical skills in filming and editing (mobile and professional equipment). • Ability to juggle multiple projects, with strong organisational and project management skills. • Creative mindset: able to turn finance into culture, making a crypto brand stand out as a challenger in the category. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global agency environment.
