Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Marketing Representative to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in marketing, and campaign management. Duties • Represent the company and its clients professionally in marketing and promotional campaigns • Communicate product or service benefits clearly to potential customers • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions • Assist in executing direct marketing strategies and outreach initiatives • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members • Track customer interactions and report feedback to management • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals • Participate in training sessions to develop marketing, communication skills • Follow company guidelines, brand standards, and ethical marketing practices • Support team efforts to improve campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction Experience • No prior experience required – must be eager to learn and grow. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hard working. • Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. • Ability to adapt and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
