Key Responsibilities: • Technical Expertise: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, becoming proficient in car key technology. • Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with each interaction. • Sales Development: Gain valuable experience in customer acquisition, sales processing, and relationship building. • Data Management: Accurately input and manage customer information in our system, ensuring precision and attention to detail. • Team Contribution: Demonstrate consistency in technical performance and sales efforts, supporting overall team success. Qualifications: • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record (MVR check required). • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Comfort in a physically active role, including getting in and out of cars, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
