Job Title: Dynamics 365 CPQ Techno-functional Consultant. Location(s): New York, NY. Description: • The Senior Q2C/CPQ Enterprise Business and Applications Consult (Front Office) serves as a strategic solution architect responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable, modular, and high-performing system designs. • This role partners closely with business leaders, process owners, product owners, and IT teams to deliver optimized solutions across Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and other front-office technologies. • The position plays a critical role in shaping digital capabilities that support sales, quoting, order management, and customer-facing processes. Responsibilities: • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. • Conduct functional and technical analysis to evaluate solution options and recommend the most effective approach. • Break down business requirements into modular solution components. • Design scalable, integrated system architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives. • Ensure solutions support end-to-end processes. • Present recommendations to leadership and guide decision-making. • Partner with business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet operational, technical, and strategic needs. • Support product owners in backlog prioritization and roadmap planning. • Ensure comprehensive documentation as per IT Organization standards. • Help with test script build and solution for data conversion. • Estimate technical effort to deliver the solution. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is required. • Proven experience in enterprise applications, solution architecture. Hands-on experience implementing Lead-to-Opportunity and Opportunity-to-Quote processes within an enterprise application framework. • Solid understanding of CPQ/ Pricing/ Quotation/ Order Management / ATP etc. is critical. Strong understanding of Pricing, Available-to-Promise (ATP), and Sales Order Processing concepts. • Knowledge of Order Orchestration and related workflow patterns. • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform or similar technologies. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical designs. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. • Ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across diverse teams. • They need to come from MFG/ H-Tech /Med Tech- Medical Devices Or Retail company backgrounds.
