Handle and resolve Tier 1 benefits enrollment cases, redirect Tier 2 cases, and act as a front-facing HR resource for associates.
High school diploma, good communication, analytical and reporting skills, customer focus, call center experience, and experience with Workday and ticketing tools.
About the position Responsibilities • Process associate's concerns, inquiries, and requests relating to Benefits enrollment. • Handles and resolves Tier 1 cases within 24 hours following quality standards of Local Work Instructions and HR Operations' Official Playbook. • Redirects and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution. • Acts as front-facing HR resource to associates for other HR admin requirements. Requirements • High school graduate • Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences • Analytical skills • Customer focused • Center Experience • Reporting skills • Has experience in utilizing Workday & Ticketing Tools
