Position Summary The Clinical Operations Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical and operational functions of the home infusion nurse staffing division. This role ensures excellence in patient care delivery, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and strategic growth through partnerships with infusion pharmacies and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse leader with strong clinical expertise, business insight, and the ability to train, mentor, and inspire nursing staff. This leader will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing workforce and cultivating an environment that positions Amotec Health Nurse Staffing as a preferred partner and employer in the home infusion space.
