Job Description Director, Talent Management & Leadership Development Hybrid - 3 days on-site We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to help design and deliver a cohesive talent management strategy that elevates leadership, strengthens organizational capabilities, and builds a high-performing, future-ready workforce. In this role, you'll play a central part in shaping and facilitating core talent processes-such as performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development. You'll act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, ensuring our talent and leadership practices are scalable, inclusive, and aligned with our business strategy. Talent Strategy & Process Design • Partner with the VP of Talent Management to architect and implement an enterprise-wide talent management strategy that connects performance, development, and succession planning. • Design and operationalize core talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, high-potential identification, development planning, and succession frameworks. • Ensure talent processes support a diverse and inclusive culture while enabling growth, mobility, and retention across the organization. Talent Process Facilitation & Consulting • Lead and facilitate talent reviews, calibration sessions, and succession planning conversations in partnership with HRBPs and senior leaders. • Support business and HR teams with guidance, resources, and tools to drive effective execution of talent practices. • Serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders on talent planning, organizational bench strength, and leadership pipeline development. Leadership Development Integration • Align leadership development efforts with the broader talent strategy by co-creating and embedding leadership competencies into key talent processes. • Partner with learning and development teams to design and facilitate leadership experiences, workshops, and programs that drive behavioral change and strengthen leadership capability. • Support the development and evolution of a leadership framework that defines what great leadership looks like at all levels of the organization. Enablement & Tools • Develop and deploy toolkits, learning aids, communications, and training materials to build leader and HRBP capability in core talent processes. • Leverage talent platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems) to streamline workflows and enable data-driven talent decisions. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives; use data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement. Facilitation and Delivery Skills • Supports the creation of leadership and employee development programs. • Facilitates mentorship programs and leadership development programs as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). • 6-10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or leadership development roles. • Proven track record in designing and leading enterprise talent management processes and frameworks. • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead high-impact discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. • Experience aligning leadership development with organizational capability building and talent strategy. • Proficiency with talent systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and use of talent analytics to drive insights and action. Preferred Experience & Skills: • Experience with talent assessment tools (e.g., 9-box, 360 feedback, Korn Ferry, Hogan). • Comfort working in matrixed, high-growth, or transformational environments. • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution. • Strong influence skills in a highly matrixed organization.
