Title: Integration Business Analyst Hiring Mode: C2H Location: initial Remote We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically fluent Business Analyst to support enterprise integration initiatives across applications at Lockton. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring seamless, robust integration of systems, data flows, and APIs that support critical business processes. Key Responsibilities · Collaborate with product owners, technical managers and architects to elicit, document, and validate integration requirements. · Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for APIs and integration flows. · Partner with integration developers and architects to design scalable, reusable, and secure integration solutions using Azure API Management and/or Mulesoft Anypoint Platform while adhering to the standards. · Assist with creation of end-to-end process maps, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications. · Conduct data mapping and transformation analysis to support seamless integration across systems within Lockton. · Define test cases and acceptance criteria for integration stories. · Support QA teams in validating integration logic, error handling, and performance. · Familiarity with Agile methodology and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. · Track and manage integration-related user stories in Azure DevOps. Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). · 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in integration-heavy environments. · Strong understanding of API-led architecture, RESTful services and API security · Hands-on experience with Azure API Management and/or Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. · Familiarity with tools like Swagger/OpenAPI, RAML, Postman, and Azure DevOps. · Experience with data mapping, transformation logic and error handling strategies. · Excellent oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot integration issues. · Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. · Ability to work independently and in a team to build scalable, reusable and secure integration solutions. · Domain knowledge in insurance is preferred.
