This role blends remote work with in-office engagement at our client's Boston location. Applicants should possess a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of three years specifically in employment law litigation. Our client is a dedicated plaintiff-side employment law practice in Boston, driven by a mission to protect worker rights and fight for justice in cases of discrimination, retaliation, wage disputes, and employee leave issues. The position entails advocating for employees in legal disputes involving workplace rights, crafting legal documents, and appearing in both state and federal courts along with administrative agencies such as MCAD and EEOC. Responsibilities include handling depositions, presenting motions, mediating settlements, and managing legal strategies and client communications independently, yet collaboratively within a team. Additionally, you'll contribute to business growth through client acquisition and thought leadership initiatives. Candidates must hold a J.D., be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, and possess at least three years of employment law experience, preferably representing plaintiffs.
