Description Senior Medical Sales Manager, Americas U.S.-based - Hybrid (South Los Angeles- preferred) The purpose of this role is to represent Amimon Medical in the North American market, developing key accounts and OEM opportunities for products and technologies. Results will be achieved by developing a comprehensive understanding of the medical market segment and working with clients on their next-generation products and solutions that incorporate wireless video technologies. Main Responsibilities & Tasks: Full responsibility for meeting sales targets and key account objectives Prepare and execute sales plans for the assigned markets & territories Develop multi-level, multi-year account plans for key customers Prepare and deliver sales presentations to build deal pipeline and the closing of business Understand and communicate the business value and ROI of our products and solutions Making necessary recommendations to management on how to grow business and improve customer satisfaction Developing executive relationships with all customer stakeholders driving customer loyalty Monitoring and reporting market trends & identifying new market opportunities Work closely with the company’s Product management and support organizations Provide an accurate forecast of all business Lead the full sales cycle – from prospecting and opening doors to contract negotiation and closing deals Drive expansion both with new clients and within existing accounts Work closely with Marketing to improve lead generation and conversion Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences when needed Requirements Required Proven ability to create and implement an effective sales growth strategy Proven sales skills in managing large, complex accounts 5+ years’ experience in related industries, specifically the medical industry (wireless, video, medical) Strong customer focus and understanding of customers’ needs Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong presentation and public speaking skills Results-focused, self-starter Technically competent Experience working in a remote-first, international environment Desired Familiarity with the wireless and/or video markets Specific relationships within Operating Rooms in hospitals and within vendors that develop and market solutions to Operating Rooms Ambitious, resilient, persistent, competitive, relationship-oriented, organized, confident Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across Marketing, Engineering, and Product Marketing Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
