Job Title: Loan Servicing Analyst Job Location: Brea, CA, 92821 Job Duration: 12 Months+ Extension Job Summary • Responsible for managing post-origination loan activities, ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Responsibilities: • Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems. • Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. • Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues. • Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors. • Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting. • Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing.
