Job Title: Admin Associate Job Location: Brooklyn, NY, 11201 Hours: M-F 9-5 (1hr lunch) Assignment Duration: 12 months + Extension Overview Of Work Environment/Client Nuances • Reporting to a property manager | The Hiring Manager is looking for a candidate who is either based in the local area or has the ability to commute reliably to the Brookfield location. Resource's typical working day: • Answering tenant calls: Serving as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests. • Entering work orders: Logging and tracking service requests for engineering and security teams via email and internal systems. • Managing purchase orders: Utilizing the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) platform to create and process purchase orders as needed. • Administrative support: Providing day-to-day assistance to the Property Manager, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks. • Filing and documentation: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy access and compliance. • Other administrative duties: Supporting general office operations and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.
