No corp-to-corp. We are looking to interview qualified candidates immediately. Key Responsibilities: • Champion a zero-injury safety culture and ensure compliance with all EHS, GMP, and food safety standards. • Analyze processes and implement improvements that enhance quality, reliability, and efficiency. • Lead and execute capital projects on time and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime, optimize performance, and implement lean solutions. • Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction efforts across the plant. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) or related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering and capital projects. • Any experience with DeltaV control systems would be preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Knowledge of process equipment, sanitary design, P&IDs, and cGMPs. • Hands-on, collaborative, and self-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and results. • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
