Strategic Sales Leader in Arizona Job Summary: Seeking an experienced sales professional to lead OEM sales initiatives across Arizona, focusing on cultivating new business within the aerospace and defense sectors. This role reports to the Aerospace & Defense Director of North American Sales and is based out of a remote/home office in Arizona. Key Responsibilities: • Accelerate growth by strategizing and executing plans to meet company targets through proactive account management and relationship building with new customers. • Maximize sales impact by achieving territory orders and life-of-program win objectives, managing substantial sales pipelines with precision and ambition. Collaborate with external customers, internal departments, and senior management to shape product development roadmaps that meet customer needs, ensuring a competitive edge and bolstering market share. Requirements: • BA/BS required; Engineering or Technical Degree preferred. • Familiarity with technical areas: turbine engines, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, electrical power systems, high performance computing, aircraft cooling, sensor technologies. • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, specifically in aerospace and/or defense. • Demonstrated track record of sales success, influencing, cultivating, and securing new business with customers.
