This commitment to excellence shapes our corporate culture, fuels our passion, and drives every decision we make. • * Salary base + commission range $105K - $130K ** Markets Needed: • Houston, TX (covers Texas and Louisiana) Job Summary: The Account Executive – Field Sales is responsible for maintaining, retaining, and expanding existing business while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within an assigned territory. This role requires a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and clinical decision-makers. The ideal candidate demonstrates a disciplined, data-driven approach to territory management and has a proven track record of producing results through consistent quota achievement. This position works under the direct supervision of the VP of Sales and in close collaboration with the Sales Manager, Inside Sales team, and Order Fulfillment departments to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints and seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute a territory strategic plan to meet or exceed revenue targets. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities within physician offices, hospitals, surgery centers, and medical practices. · Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training sessions for clinicians and healthcare staff. · Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical community. · Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. · Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads. · Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory analyses. · Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to medical device sales and marketing. · Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and operations, to support customer needs and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred. · 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in medical device, wound care, or healthcare-related sales. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. · Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based environment. · Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed. · Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools. Work Conditions: · Work is performed outside of the office; must be able to travel regularly within the assigned territory and to tradeshows; travel to the corporate office, occasional with advance notice. · Manual dexterity required to use laptop and peripherals. · Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. (Demonstration Samples, Trade Show support items). · Frequent standing, walking, and presenting in clinical settings. What are the Benefits?
