The Provider Relations Specialist II serves as a liaison between the company and internal and external partners, developing and strengthening customer relationships. This position provides timely and accurate responses to inquiries and conducts analysis to solve problems under limited supervision.
An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. The role requires 2-4 years of related experience, with previous experience in provider relations or a similar role highly preferred.
The Provider Relations Specialist II serves as a liaison between the company and internal and external partners. This position develops and strengthens customer relationships by providing timely and accurate response to inquiries and conducting analysis to solve problems under limited supervision. This position may provide guidance, coaching, and training to associates. * Position Location: This position is remote in Nebraska and does not require regular in-office presence. What you do: * Maintains contract knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate and compliant information. * Performs administrative updates and changes within service standards. * Assists with system enhancement development and testing. * Provides back up support to other positions in the department. * Retrieves customer call back or email requests; resolves customer issues and concerns. * Other duties as assigned. What you bring: * Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. * H.S. Diploma or GED is required. * 2-4 years of related experience required. * Previous experience in provider relations or similar role highly preferred. * Insurance industry experience preferred.
