Position Summary Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced, inspired and mission-driven Senior Manager, Program Management – Compliance Fleet Solutions to join our growing team! The Senior Manager, Program Management – Fleet Solutions will be responsible for developing and leading the Fleet Solutions Compliance team for the Fleet Solutions Segment. This leader will drive both strategic and tactical fleet initiatives to achieve positive business outcomes for our customers, with a focus on fleet compliance operations and vendor-integrated technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be an analytical leader that can make data-driven decisions and provide recommendations to key stakeholders about areas of improvement. Engage with our clients at all levels from local teams to executives to understand their pain points and create tailored compliance and operational solutions to meet their needs. Provide schedule and status updates, while presenting a mutually agreeable ideal future state. Lead programs related to fleet compliance management, including registration, titles, Driver Qualification Files (DQF), toll management, civil penalty resolution, and compliance reporting. Partner with third-party vendors to design, implement, and manage systems integrations that streamline compliance-related programs, services, and technology platforms. Work cross-functionally with IT to develop technological solutions utilizing internal and external platforms to deliver a single source of truth for our customers. Create a detailed plan for each project that includes time-bound commitments, task owners, and estimated completion dates for key milestones. Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all areas of fleet compliance and vendor-supported services. Ability to create presentations and present detailed analyses to all levels of the organization. Report on trends in both internal and external presentations. Identify inefficiencies in current compliance practices and vendor processes and implement ways to drive them out of the business. Customer-obsessed and deadline accountable. 7+ years of experience in creating project plans and executing on time and on budget. 5+ years leading program, product, or project management teams. 3+ years of experience in the fleet maintenance or fleet equipment industry. 3+ years of experience in fleet compliance operations (registration, titles, DQF, tolls, civil penalties). 3+ years of experience working with third-party vendors and leading system integrations for compliance-related programs, services, or technology platforms. 3+ years of experience in business analytics and creating analyses. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent analytical skills with a record of conducting FP&A-type business analysis.
